Type: Consultancy
Background
ECPAT International invites qualified contractors to submit a proposal for a comprehensive, quantitative analysis of our audience. We are looking for expert insights into the geographic distribution, demographic characteristics, and media consumption habits of our existing and prospective audience to refine our communications strategies.
Rationale
Understanding our audience is paramount in tailoring our messages and campaigns for maximal impact. Data-driven insights not only help in efficient resource allocation but also enable us to reach new potential supporters. Through this exercise, we aim to expand our impact and reach in line with our long-term goals across activism, fundraising, advocacy, and campaigning.
Scope of Work
The selected contractor will undertake the following responsibilities:
Preliminary Research and Planning: Outline and define the scope of the project, including the key stakeholders involved, data requirements, and timelines.
Data Collection: Use quantitative methods, like social media and website analytics, to gather relevant data. Peer analysis in the child rights/digital SEC community will also be part of this stage.
Data Analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and insights from the collected data. Statistical and segmentation analysis will be used for this purpose.
Report Generation: Compile a comprehensive report detailing the findings and actionable recommendations for engagement strategies.
Presentation: Present the findings to ECPAT International, addressing any queries or clarifications.
Post-Project Evaluation: Assist in evaluating the impact of the newly implemented communication strategies.
Timeline:
The project is expected to commence by 12/12/2023 and conclude by 29/02/2024.
Budget:
The estimated budget for the project is between US$8, 000 to US$10, 000.
Additional Information
This is a home-based position; the contractor will work from home or own office but should be available online for pre-arranged meetings with the ECPAT-s team in Bangkok
