Scope of Work: CONTRACTOR shall provide queue management system and maintenance support at the COMPANY'S Al-Khor Community Medical Centre (fixed requirement) and other COMPANY s premises as required (call-off/optional requirement).
Tentative start date is: Q1 2025
Duration of Contract: Five (5) years and two (2) months from EFFECTIVE DATE of CONTRACT, which includes two (2) months for delivery, installation, testing and go live of Hardware and Software (Project Schedule), followed by five (5) years of maintenance and support services with optional two (2) years extension.
