R-NEST (Research NEtwork Strategic Tool) is a prototype tool owned by EUROCONTROL, dedicated to research activities for evaluating advanced ATM (Air Traffic Management) concepts, with a particular focus on ATFCM (Air Traffic Flow and Capacity Management). R-NEST is a stand-alone desktop application, derived from the NEST (NEtwork Strategic Tool) toolset, which combines powerful airspace design capabilities and capacity planning analysis functionalities. This tasking contract aims at developing the R-NEST validation platform software according to the expected needs.
