The TTC is seeking responses to this Request for Information (RFI) from suppliers who have the ability to supply a product that meets the criteria mentioned within this RFI, and/or provide insight on what alternative solutions can be offered, as applicable.The purpose of this RFI is to solicit input from subject matter experts about what IVR is and how it can be implemented at the TTC. It should identify reputable companies with the required knowledge, expertise and experience necessary to implement such a system in a large multifaceted corporation such as the TTC.Further, the RFI will assist in identifying implementation options and services available for establishing a customer friendly and accessible IVR. The information provided by the respondents will assist the TTC in the development of a scope of services for a future Request for Proposal (RFP).
