It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible firms capable of providing the supplies/services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition.INCUBMENT: ServiceNow provided by Carahsoft Technology CorpANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: 12/18/2024Contract Type - Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated. This requirement will be awarded based on lowest price technically acceptable evaluation criteria. Period of Performance - 19 December 2024 through 18 December 2025 with 2 one-year option periods ending 18 December 2027 if all options are exercised.Scope - The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Philadelphia Office is seeking sources to procure the ongoing sustainment of brand name E-Governance, Risk, Compliance (eGRC) licenses provided by ServiceNow. In order to ensure compatibility/conformity with existing systems and programs, it is the Governments intention to procure ServiceNow eGRC licenses as fully and open in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, as only ServiceNow eGRC licenses meets the governments requirements.Capability Statements:Prior to issuing a limited source solicitation, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Philadelphia Office is requesting information in order to make an informed determination regarding procurement strategy.
