The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications for USDA ARS Range Sheep Production Efficiency Research Unit in Dubois, ID. Bidder shall provide Base Bid pricing and Alternate pricing as defined in the contract documents.

Principal of featured work:
Renovate bathroom and storage closet area in the Range Lab at the Agricultural Research Service unit at Dubois, ID. Renovations include removing an outdated shower, minor wall removal and construction, relocating vanity/sink, new toilet, minor electrical, window replacement, two exterior doors.
