1. The subject of the order is the supply of razor wire. The scope of the order includes two tasks, i.e.
Task No. 1 - Razor wire with a coil diameter of 0 980 mm - 12, 000 pcs.
Task No. 2 - Razor wire with a coil diameter of 0 730 mm - 6, 000 pcs.
2. Subject of the order must meet the requirements set out in WarTechnical conditions for the supply of razor wire constituting the order documents
3. The conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting the order documents
4. The subject of the contract is marked with a barcode in accordance with Decision No. 3/MON of the Minister of Defenceof January 3, 2014 on guidelines specifying the requirements for barcode marking of products delivered to the Ministry of National Defence.
5. The Ordering Party expects to exercise the option right in the quantities indicated in the order documents.
