Tenders are invited for RCI Labs PPP - Technical Consultant
The Government of Cote d-Ivoire (GoCI) through the Ministry of Health (MoH) approached IFC for assistance to attract private sector participation to refurbish/build; equip; maintain (and possibly operate - subject to the PPP model chosen; Managed Equipment Services or Services-based) laboratory units within selected public hospitals in two health Poles: Abengourou and Abidjan (the Project). The PPP would be based on a hub- and- spoke model; using a laboratory information system to increase access to services in the “silent zones” and optimize the use of scarce clinical expertise throughout the health poles.IFC is therefore seeking a technical consultant (the Consultant) to undertake the scope of work detailed in the TOR as part of the Transaction Advisory assignment it provides to the MoH. The Consultant will be part of the IFC-s transaction team and will work under IFC coordination; in collaboration with other IFC-hired consultants for the Project.
