The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereinafter also "VZMR") is the provision of services, which for the purposes of this VZMR is understood as "Service, maintenance and repair of vehicles - AUTOMOBIL T810 6x6.1R VALNIK, AUTOMOBILT810 6x6 VALNIK Z.Č with lifting platform Dhollandia DHLM .20 1500 kg" for VU 6624 Olomouc further specspecified in the specification of this VZMR. Service - Service, maintenance and repair of vehicles - AUTOMOBIL T810 6x6.1R FLAT TRUCK, AUTOMOBILT810 6x6 FLAT TRUCK Z.Č with lifting platform Dhollandia DHLM.20 1500 kg will be done partially. The framework agreement will be concluded with the winning bidder for a period of 24 months and the performance will be carried outbut on the basis of the Invitations issued by the customer. The contracting authority does not allow alternative solutions.
Part of the tender documentation is the "Price specification of the work" (consumption basket), see attachment No. 1, the contracting authority requires it to be filled out in the marked places and re-inserted (preferably in pdf format and also in the original formatu) to el. tools as part of the offer. The contracting authority demands, due to its own savings, the costs incurred for transporting the equipment to the site in fullestablishment at a distance of up to 100 km from the customer's location (coordinates VU 6624 Olomouc according to www.mapy.cz: 49.5981136N, 17.2980739E). The client requires a service warranty period of at least 24 months (12 months for rubber and refurbished parts) for ND and 12 months for work.
The client requests to attach the followingqualification documents (preferably in pdf format):
a) Proof of business authorization to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public contract, not older than 3 months;
b) Extract from the commercial register, if it is entered in it, or extract from another similar register, if it is entered in it, not older than 3 months;
c) Writtensworn declaration of basic competence, not older than 3 months.
Appendices proving the applicant's qualifications will also be part of the offer. Failure to provide proof of qualifications even after a re-invitation will be considered by the contracting authority as failure to meet the basic requirements and this tender will be rejected before tender evaluationk. By submitting an offer in this tender, the tenderer automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions of this tender. The tender price will be considered by the contracting authority to be the maximum allowable and will include all costs of the tenderer with the provision of the service. The tenders will be evaluated based on the tenderer's ratio - the price offered, the distance to the place of performance from the place of the contracting authority and the rate of discount on ND for fulfilling the complete scope of the contract while complying with the requirements of the tender procedure. Evaluation of selectiontender procedure will take place within 30 working days from the deadline for submitting the offer. After the announcement of the result of the selection procedure, there is a period of 3 working days for the possibility of appeal against the result of the selection procedure.
