1. The DENR Caraga, Regional Office, through the GAA Fund 101, CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php4, 035, 000.00) and 2024-10-02 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Bulk Procurement of Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL), and Other Minor Vehicle Services for the DENR-R13, Regional Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
