1. The DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & HIGHWAYS - SULTAN KUDARAT 1st DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, intends to apply the sum of Php 27, 719, 683.62 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for RE-ITB-25MF0022 - Construction of Road, Barangay Laguilayan, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & HIGHWAYS - SULTAN KUDARAT 1st DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 134 C.D. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
