The Town-s Legal Services department requires the services of a responsible appraisal Consultant on an “AS NEEDED BASIS” to provide appraisals and peer review of third party appraisal reports using standard Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) appraisal methods and/or approaches as required in the circumstances for the following kinds of properties, including, but not limited to the following:
Single Family Residential;Multi-residential;vacant land;industrial;commercial, institutional and/or open space/ parkland properties;easements;right of ways;lands intended for expropriation; andAccompanying appraisal reports and valuations and peer review of third party appraisal reports based on the terms of reference for the appraisal and peer review.
All work performed by the Consultant for both parts of this contract shall comply with any law, including all legislation and regulations, which may be applicable to the services provided subsequent to the RFP.
