Description
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the USAF Test Pilot School (TPS) Real Time Spectrum Analyzer.
Each vendor must meet the following description of the Spectrum Analyzer Requirement:
USAF Test Pilot School/USSF Space Test Course procurement of a Real Time Spectrum Analyzer 0-40Hz utilized for the real time evaluation and characterization of complex Electronic Warfare waveforms.

OCxO Precision Frequency Reference
Removable Hard Drives
System Level Letter of Volatility
Radio Frequency Preamplifier 0-40GHz
Three system operational drives
Please see attached Statement of Requirements for further details. Interested parties must be able to meet the following requirements:
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) will be used for requirement.

Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the products described in this synopsis are invited to submit, in writing, a complete quote.
Offerors may utilize the attached Real Time Spectrum Analyzer Specifications to complete quote information in addition to a separate quote (in PDF format); ensuring the quote contains information and pricing for this requirement, up to including installation and delivery costs.
