Countless film makers, editors, animation studios, photographers, game signs and VR wizards feel at home in Utrecht. And many parties are looking for an attractive space for talent development, education and special presentations. The machinery is an answer to this (growing) need in the city.
The machinery is in any case to accommodate the employees of the Dutch Film Festival, Fotodok and Hit ('t height in transition). There are movie rooms, presentation rooms and hospitality. In addition, office, work and studio space for makers in the field of (moving) image is coming; From filmmakers to editors, from VR developers to animation studios and photographers.
The building of Central Studios - an industrial hall of eleven meters high and a floor area of 2, 400 m2 - is transformed into the machinery.
