The aim of the process is to obtain preliminary landscape architectural designs for the central park in the vicinity of the gasometer (Simmering district, Vienna) for the subsequent implementation planning. We are looking for a high-quality, innovative and sustainable overall solution, taking into account thecomplex framework conditions, which only allows for step-by-step implementation.
Central Park Gasometer Vorfeld Realization Competition
Following the competitive part of the planning process, the award is given to develop the winning project for preliminary/draft planning and further implementationthe performance phases within the framework of a negotiation process. The recommendations of the competition jury form an important basis. The further planning steps should then be defined in close cooperation between the selected winning team and the client.
