Tenders are invited for Realization of a Wet Landfill of Phosphogypsum according to the “LSTK” ​​turnkey formula for the Skhira plant of the Tunisian Chemical Group.

a) An "Engineering, Procurement and Construction" EPC, having at least one (01) reference in the realization of a similar industrial project in relation to the storage of industrial waste for an amount greater than or equal to 20 MTD (twenty Million Tunisian Dinars), carried out and received during the last ten (10) years preceding the deadline for receipt of offers.
b) A Company or a Solidarity Group of Companies having:
- an R1 Category 5 Approval for earthmoving
- a Reference for the installation and welding of a HDPE Geo-Membrane with a surface area greater than or equal to 4 ha carried out during the last ten years preceding the deadline for receipt of tenders. The reference to be presented must be made by the company itself or within the framework of a solidarity group.
The Tenderer must Have an Average Annual Turnover during the Last Five Years preceding the Deadline for Receipt of Tenders Greater than or equal to 30 million Tunisian Dinars (Thirty Million Tunisian Dinars) or equivalent in Foreign Currencies (The Exchange Rate is that of the Annual Average Rate published by the Central Bank of Tunisia for the year). In the case of a Consortium, the Average Annual Turnover of the Members will be added together.

The Bidder (Company or the leader in the case of a consortium) must be in possession of:
- an ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Certificate (2015 version) valid on the date of the opening of the Tenders;

* Civil Engineering Works: 600 m.DT
* Installation and Welding Works of the Geo-membrane in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE): A Reference for setting up
and Welding a Geo-Membrane in HDPE with a surface area greater than or equal to 4 ha
* Engineering (Civil Engineering, Framework and Boilermaking, Piping and Electricity): having Study References for each
specialty
- TUNISIAN COMPANY in possession of Approval:
* Soil Earthworks: R1 Category 5
* Works Steelwork, Boilermaking and Assembly: B9 Category 4 or more
* Electrical Works: B2 Category 4 or more
* Civil Engineering Works: B0 Category 2 or more
