The National Food Authority (NFA) Central Office, through the General Appropriations Act for F.Y. 2024 intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Three Hundred Thirty-Seven Million One Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Nineteen and 35/100 (PhP337, 192, 019.35), inclusive of VAT, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Design and Build for the Establishment of NFA Modernized Warehouses in Support to Buffer Stocking Program at Various NFA Compounds of NFA Cagayan Branch in Region II under Project Identification Number 2025-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The warehouses shall be constructed at the following sites:
