The subject of the fall is a reflection, transport and development of mixed municipal waste and segregated waste from MOSiR facilities in Zabrze Sp. z o.o. in Zabrze. The scope of the fall is a list of the property along with the quantity and the type of containers on the reflection of the waste together with the determination of the frequency of export(take -up No. 1 to OPZ). In the period from 01/07/2025 to 28/02/2026, the Ordering Employer under the law may be commissioned, transport and management of municipal waste and waste segregated from the structured facilities located in Zabrze at the following streets: Dorotki 1a, Bytomska 2b, Mickiewicza66a, Szafarczyk 16, Niwiwarzy, in a situation where the ordering will be managed by the above -mentioned facility. In the period from 01.08.2025 to 28.02.2026, the Ordering Employer under the law may be commissioned, transport and management of municipal waste and waste segregated from the facility of Willa Ambassador and commercial warehouses inin the case of the Ordering Party does not sell in question.
