Brief description of the subject of the order: The scope of the order includes works related to the renovation of the roof and replacement of the roof covering, including: - dismantling the existing roof covering; - precise assessment of exposed wooden elements of the roof structure, paying particular attention to the condition of the walls and floorswindows in the support zone (removal of atts), - re-building of three chimneys, - installation of roof accessories (roof hatches, benches and chimney footings, snow guards), - replacement of wooden soffit, - dismantling of sheet metal elements, - mechanical cleaning of wooden roof structure elementsentrance along with their impregnation with antifungal and fire retardant agents, - installation of the roof foil, - installation of counters and battens under the roof tiles with spacing for a lace-like pattern, - execution of sheet metal flashings, gutter strips, baskets made of zinc-titanium sheet, - installation of gutters and downpipes made of sheet metalzinc-titanium, - installation of a new roof covering made of Karpiwki ceramic tiles, - protection against snow sliding., The Ordering Party indicates that the Contractor will bear the costs related to the performance of temporary works, if they prove to be necessary for the correct implementation of the subject of the contract...
