Tenders are invited for Recruitment of an Accounting and Financial Audit Firm for Project Support for GTPE

Applicants are required to submit a technical proposal containing the
information listed in paragraphs (a) to (e) below:
a- A description of the proposed design, methodology and work plan
to carry out the mission on the following subjects: the technical approach and
methodology, work plan, organization and staff assignments.
The work plan must comply with the work schedule
b- The composition of the proposed team, by specialty, if applicable, as well as the
position and the tasks entrusted to each member.
c- Estimated working hours of the personnel necessary to carry out the mission.
d- Execution times in accordance with the TOR.
e- Curriculum Vitae signed by the proposed staff
The technical proposal must not include any financial information. A technical proposal indicating financial information relating to the financial proposal will be rejected.

The auditor will make observations and recommendations, particularly those having an impact
significant on project management:
 Possible rectification following the checks carried out;
 Statement of expenses that the auditor would deem ineligible;
 Recommendation for possible improvements to procedures and systems
employees.
