Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment a Consultant for Architectural Studies (including Esia, the Development of Technical Specifications of Equipment, the Development of Daos and Taking into Account of Questions Climate, Green Growth, and Mainstreaming Adaptation and Mitigation)
The services provided for under this contract include overall support for the PMU in carrying out Studies that are consistent with the objectives of the creation of the Project. More specifically, it involves carrying out (with a vision of interdependence) the following activities:
1. Elaborate Technical and Architectural Studies (Elaboration of the Summary Preliminary Project (APS) and Detailed Preliminary Project (APD)) for the construction of the five (5) Polytechnic and Provincial Institutes (IPP) and the rehabilitation of the rooms computer science and laboratories of the National University;
2. Develop Environmental and Social Impact Studies (ESIA) including the Gender component;
3. Develop the technical specifications of the equipment and materials to be acquired to equip the IPPs and the computer rooms and
4. Prepare Tender Documents (BD) for works, equipment and supplies (in compliance with AfDB procedures), while taking into account climate issues, green growth, and the integration of adaptation and attenuation.
