Tenders are invited for Recruitment of Focal Points for the C'est La Vie! In Ivory Coast and Niger
The focal points recruited as part of the C'est la vie! are responsible for ensuring the proper coordination and smooth running of activities and communication in the field. They play the role of relay between the RAES, the strategic partners (Solthis; Equipop) and the partner CSOs and the community leaders at the country level.
Overall, focal points are expected to liaise between all project stakeholders at country level:
· to participate in the planning of activities
· monitor the implementation of activities
· centralize and trace data from activities to ensure regular and efficient reporting
· inform RAES and implementing partners of difficulties in the field
· facilitate the organization of field missions, trainings and workshops
· organize country coordination meetings in conjunction with the community leader and the project manager
· contribute to the visibility of project activities.
Under the responsibility of the C'est la vie! project manager, the focal points will have the following main activities:
· Strategic planning
· Support the development of project community intervention strategies
· Contribute to the communication component of the project and ensure its visibility
· Participate in the development of activity action plans for their area ofintervention and ensure their consistency with the objectives of the project
· Organize country coordination meetings and develop documentation related to this activity (CR, attendance list)
· Represent the project at the national level and ensure its visibility
· Operational management
· Ensure the proper execution of action plans
· Support the collection and consolidation of country data in accordance with the indicators of the logical framework
· Support the periodical collection of RAES programmatic indicators at the level of the localities of intervention in accordance with its programmatic theory of change
· Ensure compliance of data and activities carried out in the countries of intervention
· Consolidate and compile activity reports from partner CSOs
· Ensure periodic reporting of community activities to the community manager of the RAES and the project manager
· Support the monitoring of the execution of the roadmap: launch, implementation and evaluation of activities
· Support the coordination of exchanges with project implementation partners in connection with activities
· Animation of the social networks of the project C'est la vie! (Facebook page Ratanga Club)
· Ensure proper integration of project tools and themes in the development of activities in the countries
· Carry out follow-up missions in the field with partners to ensure the smooth running of activities
· Participate in training sessions
The profile of the candidates must meet the following expectations
Training & Experience
· Bac +3 level
· Experience of at least 3 years in the management of a project in an NGO or in the development environment
· Good knowledge of the field of sexual and reproductive health and rights
Expected skills
· Excellent writing quality in French is essential
· Good oratory ability
· Good ability to communicate and lead work sessions with partners
· Ability to ensure deadlines are met
· Good knowledge of the environment of organizations working on SRHR within countries
· Good knowledge of project cycle management
· Very good ability to analyze, synthesize and report on complex issues
· Ability to monitor activities in a multi-partner framework
· Be able to travel to project areas
· Genuine interest in topics related to sexual and reproductive health and rights
· Good knowledge of word, excel, google drive etc.

The mission will take place over a period of 4 years (2023-2026)
