Efforts to obtain expiry date extensions were unsuccessful. SHA invites Proposals from qualified parties for the recycle of Products stored in warehouses in Regina and Saskatoon in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP. This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is being issued to identify Proponent(s) to enter into a non-exclusive Contract(s) between Proponent(s) and the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), for the pick-up, transportation, recycling of a large quantity of expired Healthcare Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) services along with other related products (the “Products and Services”), as more fully described in this RFP, to the SHA as described at their facilities listed. The SHA makes no commitment to any minimum or maximum quantity, or dollar volume from the selected list. Utilization of this agreement will be on as needed basis.
