2.2 Purpose and scope of the contract: The city of Winterthur is looking for planning teams consisting of landscape architects, traffic and mobility specialists as well as civil engineering for the elaborationof a project to redevelop public space in the historic center of Wuelflingen. Innovative design is sought which ensures the quality and functionality of the public space and which incorporates relevant themes of ecology and urban climate.
