Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the revitalization and insulation of an apartment building. It mainly includes the following construction modifications:

- insulation of the perimeter shell, including the above-ground and part of the underground basement walls

with an external contact insulation system;

- new cladding of the entrance portal from Bělohorska Street without additionalperformed insulation

VKZS;

- drainage of part of the foundation joint in the form of horizontal drainage;

- replacement of windows and balcony doors with preparation for later installation of outdoor shading technology;

- partial reconstruction and insulation of the flat roof over the entire building;

- partial reconstruction and insulationof the terrace on the 5th floor above the eastern gable of the building;

- partial reconstruction of the floors of the balconies and loggias with new paving;

- new surface treatment of the fronts and soffits of the balcony landings, including insulation to eliminate thermal bridges from the floors of the balconies and loggias;

- implementation of a new railings at all loggias and balkonů;

- restoration of the existing paved areas adjacent to the building.
