Ref. No. 2024-NSC-002: Survey and Titling Works at Bagong Silang, Bagong Barrio and Bagumbong, Caloocan City

1. The National Housing Authority (NHA), NCR-North Sector Office, through the Corporate Budget approved by the NHA Board for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Nine Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Seventy One Pesos and 41/100 Centavos (₱ 29, 967, 271.41) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for Reference No. 2024-NSC-002: Survey and Titling Works at Bagong Silang, Bagong Barrio and Bagumbong, Caloocan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The NHA, NCR-North Sector Office, through the North Sector Regional Office Bids and Awards Committee (NSROBAC) now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for structural, relocation, consolidation/subdivision survey including titling works.
