This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. GENERAL INFORMATION
Scope of Work: Delivery of a Reflectance Spectrophotometer
Background: SEFTNRL requires a non-contact Reflectance Spectrophotometer/Colorimeter that is optimized for materials that have uneven surfaces (like pecan kernels) and bigger samples (like peaches). Must include at a minimum a Performance Assurance (PA) Program (2-YEAR) and Virtual Instrument Training.
