The City of Gold Coast Accommodation Strategy was endorsed by Council in 2023 following an accommodation review including City operational depot assets. The Accommodation Strategy-s Regional (Super) and Satellite Depot Program includes the Design and Construction of three regional Super Depots and up to eight smaller Satellite Depots. This Registration of Interest and market sounding addresses the progression of the City's existing preliminary concepts into 50-60% developed designs by a multi-disciplinary Design Consultancy.
