Description : 1. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte], through the [20% Development Fund of the Municipal Engineer-s Office (MEO) in the approved 2024 General Fund Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of (One Million One Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos Only and 76/100 (Php 1, 127, 734.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the [Rehab and Improvement of Public Park-Baywalk]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte] now invites bids for the [Rehab and Improvement of Public Park-Baywalk]. Completion of Works is required [52 calendar days after contract signing].
