The Association of Arab Agricultural Engineers, in cooperation with the Shufa Village Council in Tulkarm, and with the support of the United Nations Humanitarian Fund in the Occupied Palestinian Territories (oPt HF), announces the launch of a tender for the rehabilitation of agricultural lands (JCB leasing ) within the “Emergency Response to Agricultural Clusters in Ezbet Shouf District, Shufa to mitigate the effects of conflict and suffering resulting from the practices of the occupation number "OPT-20 / DDA-3482 / SA2NT / FSL / NGO / 17457" in accordance with the requirements, specifications and bills of quantities in the brochure tender for the project, for wishing to apply for this tender into account the following conditions :

Only contractors registered with the concerned government departments and who have a licensed operator and a valid clearance (source deduction certificate) from the concerned authorities, where a copy of a valid source deduction certificate is attached to the bid and a copy of the tax invoice, shall be submitted for bid.
The applicant contractor must have a valid classification certificate from the Palestinian Contractors Association.
The contractor must have experience in the field of land rehabilitation for a period of more than 3 years or more.
