Invitation to Bid for REHABILITATION OF ANGOD WATERWORK SYSTEM, POSWOY, BALBALAN, KALINGA

The Local Government Unit of Balbalan, through the 20% 2024 PDP intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract REHABILITATION OF ANGOD WATERWORK SYSTEM, POSWOY, BALBALAN, KALINGA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

1. The Local Government Unit of Balbalan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required THIRTY-FOUR (34) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
