Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of the Electricity Network in Karma / Al-Bououda Area/the Second Part
1 Galvanized Tubular Steel Pole of 9 m height
Supply, test galvanized tubular steel pole of 9m height and Turkish origin or equivalent which should be approved by the supervisory committee before starting supplying process.
2 Installed Tubular Steel Pole of 9 m height
The work includes excavation in any soil type for the pole hole according to the required depth, spreading two layer of sub-base layer “Class B” shall be applied in layers of 25 cm thick, watered, leveled and well compacted, casting the concrete base of the pole of 50 x 50 x 180 cm dimensions outside the excavated hole with plain concrete of 21 Mpa compressive strength using steel mold and sulphate resistant cement, coating the concrete base from all sides with two layers of liquid bitumen primer for waterproofing (flancote), filling the sides of the excavation using compacted sub-base layers class B with well compaction to all surrounding area of the pole, supplying and connecting copper wire 50 mm² and 1.5 length for earthing system with all required accessories, removing the debris to a dump site approved by the relevant authority, with all connection and installation accessories and all the required works to complete the work.
3 Supplied AAC Conductor of (70) mm2
Supply, test aluminum conductor(AAC) of (70)mm2, with all connection and installation accessories, terminals, metal parallel groove connectors(Aluminum-Aluminum) and (Aluminum-Copper)according to the wire size and all the required works to complete the work
4 Installed AAC Conductor of (70) mm2
Install, connect, test and commission all aluminum conductor(AAC) of (70)mm2, with all connection and installation accessories, terminals, metal parallel groove connectors(Aluminum-Aluminum) and (Aluminum-Copper)according to the wire size and all the required works to complete the work
5 Shackle Insulator
Supplly, test, install and connect shackle insulator with the clamp (D brackets), bolt, nuts and washer of Turkish origin or equivalent which should be approved by the supervisory committee before starting supplying process, with all connection and installation accessories, bolts and all the required works to complete the work.
