The BARANGAY BANI, MUNICIPALITY OF MASINLOC, Province of Zambales, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/Manufacturers, distributors/Contractors to apply for Eligibility and if found Eligible, to bid for the project REHABILITATION OF IRRIGATION CANAL OF BARANGAY BANI, MASINLOC, ZAMBALES of with the amount of ONE MILLINON FIVE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY SIx PESOS AND 63/100 (Php 1, 545, 296.63) Approved budget for the Contract (ABC) from DOE ER1-94 Fund.

1. Bids received in excess in of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedure using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
