1. The Local Government Unit of Laoang, through the Local Government Support Fund - Support to the Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) FY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) Republic Act No. 11975 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred Twelve and 05/100 Pesos (Php2, 499, 412.05) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Level II Potable Water Supply System, Barangay Rombang, Laoang N. Samar / ITB- LNS 9-2024-INFRA-018, with project description Rehabilitation of Intake box, construction of concrete water tank with treatment facility and 10 unit tap stand. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
