Mainit, Surigao del Norte
1. The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte, through the (3322) SEF - PROVINCIAL LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD, 2024 AB SEF RES 01 S2023 REGULAR (1-07-04-020) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation / Repair of Mainit National High School (CW-REHAB-24-37). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in Ninety Calendar Days (90 CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures a using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
