1. The DENR-PENRO Cavite through the General Appropriation Act 2025 (NGP Assessment) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Thirty - Nine Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 939, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Third-Party Assessment or Inventory of Graduated National Greening Program (NGP) Sites (CY 2011-2013) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The DENR-PENRO Cavite now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Third Party Assessment or Inventory of CY 2011-2013 Graduated NGP Plantation Sites with a total area of 431 Hectares in the Province of Cavite The general objective of this Project is to determine the initial impact of NGP.
