The subject of the framework arrangement is remote monitoring technology for home care clients with heart failure as a complete service as defined in the request for tender and its appendices.
The complete service includes:
• Remote monitoring software (later "software")
• The required number of measurementstools for monitoring the weight and blood pressure of home care clients with heart failure
• Data transfer and data transfer solution from measuring devices to software
• Service management, support and maintenance
• Deployment by service area (excluding pilot area deployment)
In addition, hanThe scope of the glove includes:
• Additional work to be ordered separately according to the customer's needs
• Implementation of the overall service at the beginning of the contract period
• Connection to the Kotidigi integration platform (compatibility will be built within 12 months of signing the framework agreement)
