1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the LDRRM Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Four and 58/100 Pesos (Php299, 994.58) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Removal of Displaced Boulders (POW-DRRM-2024-06). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
