Description

Work under the base bid contract includes but is not limited to the following:

- removal of two, 5, 000-gallon double-walled steel Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) including all associated underground utilities tied to referenced facility,

- tank cleaning/closure,

- excavation, constructing staging areas and staging/stockpiling soils

- confirmatory tank grave sampling

- regulatory reporting, ( NYS DEC project notification, closure report with NYS DEC concurrence letter)

- demolition of existing dispensers and kiosk island

- and any other work to return the site to operability as a vehicle maintenance secure parking area
