The Gesellschaft fuer Hochvoltsbau Offenbach mbH, GHO (also called AG) intends to renew the "Heusenstamm" substation at Frankfurter Strasse 12 in 63150 Heusenstamm on behalf of Energienetze Offenbach GmbH. The renewal takes place in several steps.

Renewal of substation Heusenstamm with 110 kV GIS system and connection of 2 transformers

First, the overhead lines must be connected directly to the busbar using temporary switch panels and construction cables. This allows the existing, air-insulated switch panels in the southern part of the high-voltage buildinggshalle will be dismantled. A new, SF6-free 110 kV GIS system (18 fields with double busbars) including the protection and control technology must then be built at this point. After the new 110 kV switchgear has been commissioned, the remaining switchgear panels will be dismantled. If eIf necessary, another part of the 110 kV switchgear can be built at this point.
