Tender Details

As part of this project, the AV media technology in the Senate hall of the TU Ilmenau is to be renewed.

In particular, the facility should be expanded so that it will be possible to hold the meetings and events taking place there in the form of hybrid events.

That's what the Inn should do4 presentation monitors and 4 ePTZ cameras can be installed in the area of the 4-sided all-round table system. The participants in the Senate hall should be acoustically integrated into the video conference via a suitable ceiling microphone.

In part of the company's existing table connection panelsa Extron Cable Cubby xxx, the outdated VGA ports should be replaced with current HDMI and USB cables.

As the central presentation medium, a 98" monitor is to be installed at the front of the Senate chamber and integrated into the system. The existing projector including ceiling mountmust be dismantled as part of the order. Furthermore, to broadcast a lecture event in a video conference, a PTZ camera should be installed on the ceiling so that it can record the speaker.

For the sound system, passive line loudspeakers and eare used in subwoofers plus the necessary power amplifiers.

A 10" touch panel is planned to operate the system.

Existing devices that are no longer needed must be uninstalled and handed over to the client
