A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Vavuniya South Sinhala Pradeshiya Sabha, A9 Road, Irataiperiyakulam, Vavuniya from 22.05.2024 until 04.06.2024 from 09.00 Hrs to 15.00 Hrs on working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Rupees (Rs. 3, 000.00). The method of payment will be by cash.
Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the address at Secretary, Vavuniya South Sinhala Pradeshiya Sabha, A9 Road, Irataiperiyakulam, Vavuniya on or before 5th June 2024 at 10.30 Hrs. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened at above place soon after closing in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend.
Bids shall be valid up to 21.08.2024.
All bids shall be accompanied by a “Bid-Security", as mentioned in the table above. Bid Security shall be valid upto the date mentioned in the table above.
