Description : Description
1. The Local Government Unit of Buluan, Maguindanao through the General Fund for the year 2025 intends to apply the Total Sum of One Million Pesos (2, 000, 000.00) only being approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Municipal Gymnassium at Buluan Maguindanao.
2. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Late bids shall not be accepted.
3. Completion of Project is required within Thirty (60) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
