Tenders are invited for Renovation of Operation Room in Gulan Hospital and Renovation of Chira High School in Duhok Governorate

1 Demolition Works: Provision of materials, manpower for making
openings in the wall for the new doors with dimensions (1*2.1 )m the
wall thick is 40 cm or 20 cm, the work include removing the existed
doors between the sterilization room and the operating room then closing
the holes by using (gypsum boards and metal frame with all work
requirement ), the work include remove the exsisted wash basin cleaning
and removing all debris out of the site.

2 False ceiling: Provide materials manpower to remove the old existing
false ceiling then supply and install false ceiling Acoustic board tiles
(600x600mm) for the rooms, halls (sample should be provided for
approval), the price includes all necessary accessories and all necessary

3 Painting Supply materials required equipment and skilled labor to paint
the interior walls with three coats of best-approved high-quality Antibacterial paint. m2 350
4 Antibacterial Wall Covering: Provide materials manpower for covering
the walls of Operating Rooms by Anti-bacteria PVC carpet 1.5 mm
thickness .the work include repairing all cracks on the wall and replastering them with proper material. including crack plaster additive then
leveling the surface with the existing plaster on pre-leveled surface, with

(ceramic tiles, natural stone, cement) fast setting for thicknesses from 1 to
10 mm .

A2 Solid Concrete block : Supply materials and construction with
concrete solid blocks (15x20x40)cm, width20 cm, height
according to required design level for the toilets walls and also
build 40cm as a retaining for construction of the ramp to persons
with special needs, the price including filling the space between
the blocks from inside and out side using cement mortar 1:3,
with all requirements of work and according to instructions of

A3 Filling Works: Provide machinery, equipment's and material to
filling the central space of the ramp with well graded bolder of
maximum size 25cm or sub-base type (A) by layers each 25cm
with good watering and compaction, as per the design and
required levels of the ramp. All the works should be carried out
as per the instructions and satisfaction of the supervisor

A4 Concrete work for the Ramp and side walk: Supply workshop
and material to casting 1.5m width of 12 cm thick reinforced
concrete 1:2:4 ratio with BRC 15cm*15cm (4 mm) thick, the work
include required shuttering works, using proper machine(
Helicopter if requested) for leveling and smoothing the concrete
face, using cutter for making joints every 3m, with all required
works should be conducted according to the attached drawing
and instruction of supervisor engineer. M2 150
A5 Cement plastering: Providing materials, staff and plastering with
cement sand mortar 1:3, three layers (cement splatter dash,
kafmal, saf ) 20mm thick min. The final layer should be very
smooth, using SBR at a rate of 200gr per m2 and all the works

cracks on wall removing the all damaged plaster with width min
