Provision of Proper Outer Shutter/Door. H. Provision of Roof Top. I. Provision of Space for Installation of Direction Board, Sign Board and Heavy Generator. J. Dedicated 3 Phase Electrical Meter. K. Tap & Drinking Water Facility Along with Overhead Tank. L. no Brokerage/Service Charges Shall be Paid in Case of Real Estate Agent. M. Floor Tiling, Roof Ceiling & Wall Paneling. N.
