The purpose of this framework agreement is the rental of coaches with drivers for the public transport of people for the needs of the City and the Municipal Social Action Center (CCAS) of Pavillons-sous-Bois.

This agreement- framework is part of a grouping of orders, taken by delrelease n2015-00092 of June 29, 2015, between the City and the Municipal Social Action Center, the coordinator of which is the city of Pavillons-sous-Bois.

This framework agreement is broken down into 2 lots:

- Lot 1: Rental of coaches with driver for occasional outings

- Lot 2: Rentalprovision of a coach with driver for regular transport as part of school sports activities and for outings to leisure centers

This framework agreement is not broken down into installments.

This single-awardee framework agreement is established in accordance with the provisions of the articleses R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will be the subject of the issuance of purchase orders as needs arise in accordance with the terms described in Article 8 of the CCP.
