RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT (BRGY. ANISLAG)
1. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, through the DRRM GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS ONLY (PHP 299, 930.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT (BRGY. ANISLAG) (GOODS 2503-015). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Services are to be completed for 25 Calendar Days and will start after receipt of Purchase Order/Contract (as scheduled by the MEO). Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
