Description : 1. The Pag-IBIG Fund TAS-Southern Tagalog, through the Y2023 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Pesos (Php 19, 927, 000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rental of Motor Vehicle for Pag-IBIG Fund TAS-Southern Tagalog and Calamba Housing Business Center (TAS-2023-04). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Pag-IBIG Fund Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) TAS-Southern Tagalog now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One (1) Year as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, within the period of Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
