The subject of the performance of the public contract is the rental of 2 trucks of category N1, white color, isothermal (cooling) built-in from 6 - 24 0C, without operator, including the provision of steam-related services, with the supplier's commitment to the possibility of subsequent transfer of the vehicles to the ownership of the client. Backbefore the end of the lease, the agent will carry out a detailed inspection of the vehicle and assess whether he is interested in acquiring ownership of the vehicle. Then, on the basis of the contract on the future - donation contract, the contracting authority is entitled to invite the supplier to conclude a donation contract for the vehicle, while the supplier is obliged to inviteaccept the conclusion of the donation contract.

The subject of performance of the public contract is also defined by the binding draft of the contracts, which form Annexes No. 2 and No. 7 of the tender conditions.
