Tenders are invited for Renting out Permanant Canteen Units at Colombo Fort Railway Station & Mobile Canteen Units in the Long Distance Trains for a Period of 02 Years.
Bidding documents should be forwarded along with the original receipt obtained by paying a sum of Rs.2, 500, 000.00 (Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Rupees) as refundable Bid Bond. The Bid Bond can be placed either by valid currency in Sri Lanka to the acceptable of Chief Accountant Sri Lanka Railways or by a Bank Guarantee of an approved bank in Sri Lanka. The Bank Guarantee, which is placed in that manner, shall be valid for 06 months period, which the agreement is operative unconditionally.
